Adam's heading for Nationals!
Adam Colyer took the Norwich Easter Meet by storm with some electrifying swimming in the breaststroke events. He took gold in all 3 distances, 50m, 100m and 200m. His most exceptional swim came in the 100m where he broke the Championship meet record in a blistering National Qualifying Time (NQT). This means Adam will now compete in the National Bagcat Championships in Sheffield in July. Unsurprisingly, Adam’s first NQT also saw him break our overall Club Record and corresponding junior record. Congratulatons Adam from everyone at the Flyers on this well-deserved achievement.
Also competing this weekend in the Norwich 50m pool were Michael Fernandes, Joe Gray, Daniel Schindler and Miranda Willis. A special mention to Daniel who secured 3 top 8 finishes in this high-calibre meet.
