Peanuts Round 2
Our junior swimmers performed really well to take second place in the 2nd round of the Hertfordshire Peanuts League last weekend. It was a splendid team performance which takes them into the winners’ gala in July.
There were 20 personal best swims and 10 individual victories for Adam C (2) Ashley, Daniel (2), Kimia, Maddie (2) and Miranda (2). There was also a win for the under 12 girls' freestyle relay team of Kimia, Maddie, Megan and Miranda.
There were numerous splendid second and third places which all contributed to a very fine total on the night.
The young swimmers are now looking forward to the final gala at the end of the season.
