Valentine's Meet Report
12 of our swimmers had a pre-county warm up at Hatfield’s Level 2 Valentine’s Meet this weekend. There was some impressive swimming all round with 20 personal best times from 28 swims, against some very strong competition.
Adam Colyer continued his outstanding form with 2 gold and 2 silver medals and 2 championship meet records. He also broke 2 junior club records. 10 year old Daniel Schindler also had medal success, winning a silver and a bronze medal.
Abigail Smith had an excellent gala, breaking the overall club record in 50m fly and the corresponding 14 year old junior record. Christopher Cox and Miranda Willis also broke junior club records.
Chloe, Joe, Kimia, Maddie, Michael, Rebecca and Zoe completed the Flyers line-up and put in some fine performances between them.
