Youth Regionals 2010
Three of our swimmers competed in the East Regional Youth Championships in the long course (50m) pool in
16 year old Miran Shah was competing in his first regional competition and secured new long course personal best times in both of his sprint races (breaststroke and butterfly). Boys' Club Captain, Christopher Cox (17), competed in several freestyle events and he also achieved a long course PB for his 50m freestyle (on a split time no less!). Michael Fernandes (15) competed in both freestyle and butterfly events and Michael’s 50m freestyle time was the fastest recorded for his age in Hertfordshire.
